Senior Technician
Qualification: NZCAD, Dip. Arch. Tech, Dip. QS, LBPSanjeev is a Senior Technician contracted to our Wellington office with over 20 years’ experience documenting complex residential, commercial and educational projects.
He enjoys the challenge of tailoring practical, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions to the needs of our clients and their building users, especially when we surpass their expectations.
The combination of Sanjeev's technical skills in architectural drafting, quantity surveying and as a licenced building practitioner ensures his commitment to quality throughout the design and build process. His best practice approaches to documentation, co-ordination and detailing, makes for good communication and easier on-site problem-solving that in turn increases efficiency in the building process for our clients.
Sanjeev has a positive, enthusiastic outlook and a total commitment to making the very best of every opportunity. He particularly enjoys co-ordinating and liaising with clients, project managers, consultant teams, territorial authorities, and other stakeholders, from the beginning of a project to its completion.
Sanjeev loves to spend time with his family, especially watching his son compete in club sport. He is also a dedicated sportsman himself, playing in the Masters football league, and is actively involved in his local community cultural organisation.
